Blur Tool ( R )- Photoshop Tools

The blur tool can be used to soften images or blurs the area where you paint.

How to use the Blur Tool:

1.Open the image / text to make blur
2.Select the Blur tool from the tool box.
3.Hold left button of the mouse and move the blur tool over the area that you want  to make blur.

Size: It's used to specify the size of  the area the tool has to cover.

Strength:According to our need we can change the strength of  the blur tool.

Mode:Default is Normal.We can change it according to our need.
